The Maple Tree School has been set up with a definitive purpose of preparing the child of tomorrow a little differently from the child of yesterday. It aims to make a fundamental shift in the way we think about how to teach children. This shift moves from a "one size fits all" approach to one that appreciates and caters to the needs and uniqueness of every individual child in order to unlock their potential.

The focus here is on the process of learning and growth rather than on results. It is an environment that gives children the dexterity to think creatively, think critically, work collaboratively, and communicate their thoughts. We believe every child deserves an education that challenges them, supports them, and helps them discover who they are meant to become. Our teachers and staff show up each day committed to that mission and to getting to know your child as an individual, not just a name on a roster.

Maple Tree School believes that education is a shared responsibility. An effective parent-teacher partnership, which can make a significant difference in a child's education, is critical for us.

What keeps us going are the changes that we see in our children. The shy child gaining the confidence to speak out, their curiosity to learn new things, the stress-free environment in which they function, the initiative they take in carrying out tasks, the enthusiasm they show in coming to school, and the way they look at school as a fun place.

Sanen Imchen, B.Com, Masters in Public Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Education Leadership; Former Civil Servant with the Government of India. The mission for The Maple Tree School has arisen from his passion for education and building a community of learners. As Founder and Director, he oversees the school’s strategic direction and vision.

Sashikala Imchen, B.Com, MBA (XLRI). Before Maple Tree, she has 17 years of corporate experience in the area of HR and Change Management. With strong areas of expertise in Human Resource Development, Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Performance Management and Training, she ensures that both our academic programs and our educators are set up to succeed. Passionate about nurturing teacher growth and a positive workplace culture, she plays a key role in shaping the day to day excellence that families see and feel at Maple Tree.

Principal

Pritam Ghosh, brings a rare blend of academic depth and hands on leadership to Maple Tree School. A B.Tech and M.Tech graduate with a B.Ed, he combines a strong technical foundation with a genuine passion for education. With over 10 years of rich teaching experience focused on deep conceptual learning and 5 years as Vice Principal, he is invested in institutional growth, leading and building a strong school culture and driving operational excellence.
